Drawn from a 2018 vintage, it pairs the soft Spanish style base with a wine cask finish and a strength that demands respect, a bold and unusual release rather than a polished sipper.
The nose shows caramelised sugar, vanilla, a savoury Maggi note and fresh sugarcane, while the palate turns woody and peppery with sugarcane and allspice, closing on a tannic finish of espresso and allspice.
