Belizean Blue is a rare blend from Travellers, the Belize distillery's own nine year expression aged in ex bourbon and bottled at 48%. It sits in the gentle, rounded Spanish adjacent style that Belize does well, offering a little more strength and coconut depth than entry level pours without ever turning demanding.

The nose is nutty and sweet, coconut and chocolate with a dusting of cinnamon. The palate carries that coconut through alongside caramel, vanilla and cinnamon, finishing roasted and woody with a lingering nuttiness.
