Too Tasty Latte Kaffee Sahnelikör is a coffee cream liqueur from Too Tasty, an Austrian producer of spirits. It is made with cream and freshly roasted coffee, joining an intense coffee flavour to a soft, creamy texture and a delicate sweetness, and is bottled at a gentle 16% ABV. As a dairy cream liqueur it is an emulsion of cream and spirit rather than an aged drink, so it is best treated as a fresh product once opened.

The nose carries intense coffee with a creamy note, the palate is full bodied and smooth with dominant fresh coffee, a mild sweetness and a creamy texture, and the finish is long and smooth with warm coffee and a creamy, lightly sweet memory. On a back bar it brings body, sweetness and a roasted coffee backbone, ideal neat or on ice, and a natural fit in a White Russian, a Mudslide or dessert cocktails where its cream softens the build. It also pairs with dark chocolate and mascarpone. Serve it well chilled or over ice, and once opened keep it refrigerated and use it within a finite window.
