It sits under the Togouchi brand name but is produced as a single malt from the Sakurao distillery, drawing on the mild coastal climate of Hiroshima for its character.
Matured in Ex-Bourbon casks in the house style, the spirit presents a clean cereal foundation with a notable earthy, cooked vegetable note that gives it an individual personality.
