Description
Tiki Lovers White Rum is a Caribbean blend built for the cocktail bar, drawing on pot still rum aged five years in ex-bourbon casks before being brought back to a clear, white spirit. The aim is a white rum with more weight and flavour than a standard light rum, made to stand up in mixed drinks.
Bottled at a robust 50%, it carries the proof needed to cut through tiki style cocktails. Expect a cleaner profile than an aged sipper but with pot still texture and a hint of the ex-bourbon ageing underneath, a mixing rum first and foremost rather than a neat pour.
