Ti Arranges de Ced, Les Rhums de Ced, specialise in arranges, the French-island tradition of steeping fruit and spice in rum. This Gwamare release infuses lemon and ginger into a cane-juice base and arrives at a gentle 32%, placing it firmly in the sweet, flavoured camp.
Expect bright citrus and warming ginger over a soft rum backbone, made to be drunk chilled and easy rather than sipped neat. As a low-strength flavoured rum it suits an aperitif or a long drink over ice. A zesty, fruit-and-spice pour rather than a serious agricole.
