GRAAL Citron Passion belongs to the Ti Arrangas de Ced range from Les Rhums de Ced, a French producer specialising in rhum arrange, the tradition of macerating fresh fruit and spice in rum. This bottling builds on an agricole style base of fresh sugar cane juice spirit and is infused with lemon and passion fruit for a bright, tropical drink.

The cane juice foundation keeps a grassy, vegetal freshness running underneath, distilled on a column still and bottled at a punchy 45.4% that gives the fruit real lift. Lemon dominates the nose and palate, intense and tangy, with passion fruit close behind and a fresh, herbaceous finish. The sweetness is present but restrained, leaving a tart, almost bitter sweet edge that some find reminiscent of an aperitif. This is a flavoured rum made to be enjoyed chilled or over ice, where its sharp citrus character is at its most refreshing.
