The sherry influence shapes the profile throughout, caramel, dried fruit and vanilla running across nose, palate and finish, with a clear sherry note on the tongue. What stands out, and what should be said plainly, is the sweetness, which is intense, toffee, caramel and dark chocolate arriving over a body that tastes heavily sweetened.
