The Tottori Blended Japanese Whisky in 700ml format is the standard global release of Matsui Shuzo's blended range from Tottori prefecture, bottled in 2017 at 43% from Ex-Bourbon cask maturation. The Tottori blend combines malt and grain components in proportions the house does not disclose, and as with many Japanese blends of this type the origin of those components, whether fully domestic or partly sourced, remains unstated.

Ex-Bourbon cask maturation gives vanilla and a gentle cereal sweetness across the palate, with dried fruit and faint woodspice warmth in the finish. The 43% delivery is clean and consistent, making this the most widely available presentation of The Tottori range and the primary introduction to the Matsui Shuzo blended style in international markets.
