Distilled on a pot still and matured in an ex bourbon barrel, it is bottled at 56%, capturing the woody, funky pot still character that draws drinkers to Fiji while leaning toward the older, more savoury end of the style.

The nose is woody with dried fruit, vanilla and chocolate, while the palate turns buttery and oily with solvent and smoky notes, finishing on spice, salt, chocolate and orange.
