The Macallan Harmony Collection Rich Cacao is a collaboration with Jordi Roca, pastry chef of the three Michelin star restaurant El Celler de Can Roca. Part of a new annual travel retail-exclusive series, developed after The Macallan’s Polly Logan traveled to Girona, Spain, to explore the chocolate-making process at Casa Cacao. Working alongside Jordi Roca and master chocolatier Damien Allsop, she crafted a whisky with rich chocolate notes, matured in sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, to pair perfectly with fine chocolates.

The packaging reflects its chocolate influence, made from sustainable materials including discarded cacao husks. The recyclable gift box and labels, made with organic cacao shells and post-consumer waste, emphasize the brand's environmental commitment. The Rich Cacao whisky blends indulgent dark chocolate with a hint of vanilla, offering a unique tasting experience that marries the worlds of whisky and chocolate. This is 1 part of the first release in the series, the other being the "Fine Cacao".
