Soft and rounded, with juniper threaded through wild Irish botanicals: red clover, honeysuckle blossom, rowan berries and the resinous tang of bog myrtle. Pot-distilled by an eighth-generation master whose family has made spirit for three centuries, it tastes of hedgerow and meadow. Floral, herbal and quietly elegant.

Description
The Exiles comes from The Wild Geese in Ireland, distilled in classic pot stills under a master distiller whose family has been at the still for over 300 years. What sets it apart is the foraged, distinctly Irish botanical bill: alongside juniper sit shamrock, red clover blossom, honeysuckle, rowan berries and bog myrtle, a combination that points it firmly away from the standard London Dry template.
The nose offers juniper, soft florals, fresh herbs and a whisper of fruit. The palate is balanced and smooth, juniper meeting floral freshness, green herbs and a subtle spice, then closing harmonious and long with a gentle lift. Bottled at a sociable 41.3%, it shines in a G&T with Mediterranean tonic, fresh herbs and a curl of citrus zest.
