Distilled from molasses on pot stills and bottled unaged at 40%, it is dominated by raspberry and red fruit, with creamy bubblegum, light citrus and candied fruit, and only a faint mineral funk in the background. Unsweetened despite the sweet-toned profile, it leans on bright fruit esters rather than overripe solvent. At this strength and with this much berry character, it is built for mixing, slipping easily into a fruity daiquiri or a long drink where its raspberry note can shine, a gentle introduction to Jamaica for drinkers not yet ready for overproof intensity.
