Description

The Botanical's is a small-batch London Dry produced in Spain, drawing its ingredients from across the Mediterranean: Italian juniper, Spanish orange and lemon peel, coriander seeds, angelica root and sweet almonds among a roster of fourteen. The traditional method and careful balancing give it a smooth, aromatic depth rather than sheer botanical force.

The nose offers fresh juniper, fine citrus and a subtle floral edge. The palate is dry and elegant, a harmonious balance of juniper, citrus brightness, light spice and that distinctive sweet-almond softness, with a long, faintly spiced, herbal finish. It shines in a gin and tonic with a Mediterranean tonic and an orange twist, and holds its own in a Dry Martini.
