Matured in ex bourbon wood and bottled at 48% and unsweetened, it shows pear, butterscotch and herbal, fruit schnapps notes on the nose, then a palate of herbs, mint, apple and brioche over bourbon style oak, finishing dry with burnt sugar and pear.
