Tchaikovski is an Armenian grain vodka named after the Russian composer, made by Grain Alco. It is built from grain alcohol and spring water from the Caucasus mountains for a soft, harmonious style. The palate carries an unusual cocoa and white-chocolate note that lifts it above a plain neutral pour.

Description
Tchaikovski is produced in Armenia by Grain Alco as a tribute to the composer Pyotr Tchaikovsky, with the classic bottle and elegant design playing to that theme. The spirit is made from grain alcohol, valued for its clean neutrality, and cut with crystal-clear spring water drawn from the unspoilt Caucasus mountains, the soft water helping to keep the texture rounded. Grain keeps the base mild and even, and at 40% the spirit stays smooth rather than sharp, aiming for a harmonious, balanced character.
The nose is soft, harmonious and lightly sweet, and the palate is where it gets interesting, showing green apple, cocoa, white chocolate and a malty note before a long finish. Those cocoa and chocolate notes point to one serve in particular: a Black Russian, two parts vodka to one of coffee liqueur, stirred over ice in a rocks glass. The vodka's own chocolate edge meets the coffee liqueur head on, building a richer, more dessert-like drink than a neutral vodka could manage.
