The aroma runs fresh and vegetal with banana and cut grass, the palate adds a saline olive note and a touch of vanilla, and the finish stays light and green. With no added sugar to round it off, the funk reads as natural and gentle, closer to a light ester Jamaican white than a rustic agricole.
