Tann's is a Spanish London Dry from Destilerias Campeny, a modern reading of Mediterranean distilling that prizes clarity and balance. Ten botanicals are layered onto a clean neutral spirit through a characteristic triple infusion, with juniper kept firmly at the centre as the style-defining backbone. The result is crystalline in the glass and precise in structure.

The nose is fresh juniper with liquorice and a fine herbal edge. On the palate it stays dry and lively, a subtle bitterness balancing the natural botanical sweetness, before a long, clearly drawn and pleasantly spicy finish. Pour it with a neutral or Mediterranean tonic and a twist of lemon, or let the juniper take the lead in a dry Martini.
