Swell de Spirits Easy Peasy No. 7 2025

Easy Peasy No. 7 is a 2025 Swell de Spirits release, a multi-origin blend aged twelve and a half years and bottled at 57%. Built from molasses and distilled across pot and column stills, it puts a high-ester Jamaican Hampden component front and centre, giving the blend its distinctive fruity punch.

Matured in ex-bourbon oak, it leads with ester, banana, overripe fruit and tropical fruit on the nose, then pineapple, banana and more tropical fruit on the palate, finishing with ester, buttery richness and a glue-like edge that marks the Hampden DNA. The character is ripe, funky and gourmand, with pastry and milk chocolate softening the fruit. At 57% it carries real intensity while staying drinkable, working equally as a characterful sipper for ester fans or as a high-flavour base in punchy cocktails.
