The nose is herbal and fresh, citrus and a spicy juniper edge meeting a touch of coriander and anise. The palate is more layered than you might expect, juniper spice woven through bright citrus, soft herbs and that faint sweet anise. The finish is long and smooth, coriander and aniseed rounding things off. Keep it simple over ice with tonic, or build it into a Negroni.
