The base is column distilled from sugar cane juice, but it is openly sweetened and spiced, so honesty matters here: this is built for easy drinking and mixed cocktails, not for those chasing dry, structural rum.

The profile leans on sweet orange and citrus, vanilla and a warming run of ginger, pepper and baking spice, soft and rounded at 40%.
