From Silvio Carta's distillery in Sardinia, this Saffron bottling reworks the house Boigin gin around one of the world's most prized spices. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, a selection of Sardinian juniper, citrus and Mediterranean herbs is enriched with high-quality saffron, which lends both the warm golden-amber colour and an elegant, spicy-floral character that sets it apart.

The nose shows fine juniper with intense saffron, citrus zest and herbs. The palate is complex and elegant, juniper balanced against spicy saffron, sweet citrus and a subtle floral note, the finish long, warm and lightly spiced.
