Scapegrace distils in New Zealand, where it built its name on award-winning gin before applying the same approach to vodka. This Small Batch expression is made from wheat and spring water drawn from the Southern Alps, one of the cleaner water sources anywhere, and run gently through small copper pot stills. The soft distillation and the wheat base together give a vodka of real clarity and a silky texture, while the slightly raised strength of 40.6% lends it a touch more weight and presence than a standard 40% pour.
