Saint James J. Bally Art Déco #2

Saint James J. Bally Art Deco #2 is an aged Martinique agricole, made under the island's AOC from fresh-pressed sugar cane juice and distilled on a creole column at low strength to preserve the cane character. It is a blend of vintages carrying a 22 year age statement, well beyond the appellation's XO floor, matured in ex-bourbon oak and bottled unsweetened.

Long tropical ageing has shaped a dry, complex profile. The nose offers orange peel, vanilla, caramel and wood, the palate runs to vanilla, citrus peel, oak and coffee, and the finish brings leather, barrel, dried fruit and spice. At a relaxed 43.5% the alcohol is gentle, yet the rum holds real aromatic intensity and structure, the grassy cane signature now folded into mature wood and dried-fruit depth. An elegant but characterful pour for drinkers who enjoy aged agricole or dry, oak-driven rum and want classic Martinique cane, citrus and spice at a comfortable strength.
