Saigon Baigur is a handcrafted Vietnamese gin that braids the classical with the genuinely exotic. Distilled in a traditional copper still from twelve hand-picked botanicals, it sets juniper against a cast drawn from the country itself: Vietnamese star anise, the perfumed Buddha's Hand citron, Saigon cinnamon, black cardamom and lotus blossom. The nose is fresh Buddha's Hand citrus laced with cardamom, cinnamon and floral nuance. The palate is complex and multi-layered at 43%, juniper and star anise framing exotic spice and a soft breath of lotus blossom. The finish is long, gently spiced and citrus-fresh.
