It is a 25 year old column still molasses rum bottled at a gentle 40 percent, an older feeling pour that trades on softness and sweetness rather than intensity.

Long ageing and column distillation give a mellow, rounded spirit, and the soft Spanish style profile carries a clear sweetness. The nose runs to dried fruit, tobacco, orange and caramel, the palate to milk chocolate, dried fruit and candied orange, and the finish stays sweet with chocolate and caramel.
