Roner Limoncello is a lemon liqueur from the South Tyrol (Alto Adige) distillery Roner, an Italian house known for its fruit liqueurs and distillates. In the traditional limoncello style it is made from lemon peel steeped in high proof alcohol, which draws the oils straight from the zest for a fresh, natural citrus character, then sweetened and brought down to 30%. That strength keeps it mild enough to sip yet lively enough to carry a mix.

The nose is an intense rush of fresh ripe lemons with a hint of citrus peel, and the palate is refreshing and fruity, balancing a pleasant sweetness against a lively citrus bite that runs long into a clean finish. In a drink it delivers bright acidity, zesty aromatic lift and a sweet citrus body, useful for cutting through sparkling wine or soda. It is the base of a Limoncello Spritz over ice, works in a lemon martini, and stands on its own as a well chilled digestif. It also pairs with light desserts such as sorbet, tiramisu or fresh berries. Serve it straight from the freezer or over ice for the cleanest lift.
