Ron Botran Infinito

Infinito is a flagship bottling from Ron Botran, made by Industrias Licoreras de Guatemala on the country's cane-honey base rather than molasses, and presented as a multi-cask assembly in handsome packaging. Botran works in the Guatemalan solera influenced tradition, where blending across many barrels builds a layered, dessert-leaning profile.

Built from numerous casks and bottled at 43%, it shows tannins, yellow fruit, cinnamon and a barrel-led nose, then turns to cinnamon, tobacco, light baking spice and gentle sweetness on the palate. The finish carries dried dates and maple. The cane-honey base and blending give it a soft, rounded, gently sweet character with both woody and gourmand notes, more an after-dinner sipper than a dry or spirit-forward ron.
