Roby Marton is an Italian reading of the classic dry gin, made in small batches at a tiny distillery where craft counts more than polish. A multi-distilled grain spirit is macerated with handpicked botanicals using the cold compound method: juniper, citrus fruits and coriander for the backbone, then liquorice, ginger and cinnamon for a warm, distinctly Italian spiciness. It is left unfiltered, which is why it pours naturally cloudy with a light golden hue and a notably strong, expressive flavour.

The nose is intense juniper with fresh citrus and spicy nuances of ginger, liquorice and cinnamon. The palate is full-bodied and complex, fresh herbs and peppery spice balanced by a subtle sweetness, leading to a long, aromatic finish with gentle citrus accents.
