Roby Marton's Original High Proof is the distillery's bold statement, bottled at 55.5 per cent for drinkers who want their gin loud and clear. Distilled in Italy in small batches from a traditional recipe, it gathers juniper, coriander, cinnamon and angelica root, with the high strength acting like a magnifying glass, pulling every botanical into sharper focus and lengthening the finish.

The nose is strong and spicy, intense juniper with coriander and cinnamon. The palate is full-bodied and intense, a clear juniper base lifted by floral notes and exotic citrus and spice, closing long and warming with a slight sweetness and a balanced peppery edge.
