Made in Vienna by the team behind the Dreizehn bar, Rick Feel is built to a London Dry standard but pointed firmly at the southern coast. The botanical core reads like a market haul gathered around the Mediterranean: thyme from Croatia, rosemary from Italy, olives from Spain, basil from Austria and hand-cut orange blossom, with juniper and pepper kept in a supporting role so the herb garden can speak.
The nose offers rosemary and thyme with orange blossom and a quiet juniper spice. The palate is balanced and fresh, olive and basil threaded through fine citrus, while the finish turns dry and herbal with a clear streak of salinity, like sea air over a clifftop garden. Reach for a neutral or lightly Mediterranean tonic and garnish with a rosemary sprig and a single olive.
