Matured in ex-bourbon oak and bottled at cask strength, 55.8%, this is a long-aged, full-proof single cask. More than two decades of ageing builds deep oak, dried fruit and spice around the pot still esters, while the high strength keeps the funk loud and the body oily and mouth-coating.
