Assemblage No. 01 is a Jamaican blend from Rest & Be Thankful, built from Clarendon stock and bottled at fifteen years old. Clarendon is the island's workhorse supplier, running both pot and column stills, and this blend draws on that flexibility to stay fruity and approachable rather than chasing maximum funk, making it a friendly way into the style.

Distilled on pot and column stills from molasses and matured in ex-bourbon oak, the blend lands fruity and softly funky: tropical fruit, citrus, pineapple and a solventy lift on the nose, then a creamy palate of tropical fruit, barrel, spice and banana, closing roasted, woody and fruity. Unsweetened and bottled at a gentle 46%, it carries a light medicinal edge and a natural sweetness from the wood rather than additives. Easygoing and creamy, it works as a relaxed daily sipper and a sensible bridge into Jamaican ester profiles for drinkers not yet ready for full Hampden intensity.
