Renegade Rhum Blanc Pre-Cask New Bacolet is an unaged white rum from Renegade Distillery in Grenada, bottled at 50%. Renegade works with fresh cane juice and a terroir-driven approach, and this pre-cask bottling is meant to show the spirit in its rawest form, before any oak, in a clean agricole style.

The nose is sugarcane, fresh and fermented, with a grassy lift, and the palate carries sugarcane, grass, a dry edge and freshness. The finish stays grassy and dry, with hay and more cane. The character is vivid and vegetal, with fresh citrus and a touch of bitterness alongside the cane, balanced and only lightly dry.
