Renegade Rhum Blanc Pre-Cask Dunfermline is a white, pre-cask bottling from the Renegade distillery on Grenada, captured before any oak ageing so that the spirit itself takes centre stage. Distilled on pot still in an agricole style from fresh cane, it foregrounds raw, vegetal cane character rather than barrel sweetness.

Bottled at 50% with no oak influence, it is bracingly fresh and grassy, with fermented, hay and olive notes leading into herbal, root and medicinal territory, finishing dry and earthy. This is a terroir driven, single farm style white in the mould of a punchy agricole or clairin, intense and quirky rather than gentle.
