Rammstein Limited Edition No. 5 is a blended rum bottled by Denmark's detail-minded 1423, finished in French ex-Sauternes casks and married from column and pot-still spirit across origins. Averaging a little over six years, it pairs the rounded body of column rum with the fruitier lift of pot still.
Bottled at 46%, the Sauternes finish is the headline, a sweet-wine cask that typically brings orange, honeyed fruit and a vanilla-edged, woody richness.
