Pravda Cherry is the cherry-flavoured bottling in the same Polish potato range, made in the Tatra region since 2002. Natural cherry extracts give it a juicy fruit profile with a balance of sweetness and light acidity. The potato base lends a creamy weight that suits the stone fruit and a faint almond note.

Description
Pravda works out of the Tatra region in southern Poland, using local potatoes and crystal-clear spring water as the heart of its vodka. The potato base matters here: it gives a fuller, creamier and rounder spirit than grain, a soft body that carries dark fruit well. For the Cherry edition, that base is enhanced with natural cherry extracts and flavours, bringing a distinctive juicy profile balanced between sweetness and a gentle acidity. As across the range, each bottle is mouth-blown by Polish artisans, giving the glass an individual bubbled finish.
The nose is sweet and fruity with cherries and vanilla. The palate shows juicy wild cherries with hints of almond, vanilla and stone fruit, the creamy potato body filling it out into a long, sweet finish. The almond-and-cherry pairing points straight at a kirsch-style sour: shake it with fresh lemon juice and a little sugar, then float a small measure of red vermouth on top, a short, fruity serve where the stone-fruit note finds its echo and the acidity keeps the sweetness in check.
