Poli Elisir Camomilla Liquore is an Italian herbal liqueur produced by Poli, the historic family distillery in Bassano del Grappa, Veneto, in operation since 1898. It is built on a mild grappa that is macerated with camomile flowers, a combination that yields a particularly smooth liqueur pairing the fine floral notes of camomile with the structure of the grappa. Bottled at 30%, it sits at the gentle, floral end of the herbal category rather than the bittersweet one.

The nose shows floral camomile with a fine sweetness and light herbal tones, while the palate is mild, soft and round, balancing camomile flowers and grappa before a long, smooth and pleasantly floral finish.
