Polar Limes Strawberry Smoothie Style is a fruit liqueur produced by the Berentzen house in Lower Saxony, a German distiller since 1758. It pairs an intense strawberry flavour with a soft, creamy texture in a smoothie style at 15%, supplied in a generous one litre bottle for busy service. In the traditional fruit liqueur style the strawberry leads, here with a smooth, full mouthfeel.

The nose is an intense aroma of ripe strawberries with a subtle sweetness, the palate fruity and creamy with a balanced sweetness and a full strawberry flavour, the finish soft and long with a fruity aftertaste. Behind the bar it brings juicy strawberry flavour, sweetness and a creamy body, a base for a Strawberry Daiquiri or a fruity long drink. It pours neat over ice, tops desserts such as ice cream or panna cotta, and combines with Prosecco or lemonade for a summery serve. Serve it chilled, where the fruit shows fullest.
