The distinguishing mark is a Rivesaltes finish, a fortified-wine cask laid over the aged Bajan spirit.
The molasses distillate spent its early years in ex-bourbon oak before the wine cask added its layer, and the result is soft and fruit-forward, caramel and vanilla meeting coconut with a fruity, vinous lift.
