    Pink 47 London Dry Gin

    700 ml / 47%
    London Dry

    $28

Punchy juniper at full strength, cut through with fresh citrus and a hint of pepper, complex and assured. Twelve botanicals distilled to a bold 47 percent, the figure that gives the gin its name, and poured into a striking diamond-shaped bottle. Dry, layered and built for a serious Martini.

Pink 47 takes its name from its strength, a powerful 47 percent, and builds its character on twelve carefully chosen botanicals. Among them are juniper, coriander, angelica root, liquorice and a spread of citrus fruits, combined with precision to hold spice, freshness and a light floral note in balance. The eye-catching diamond-cut bottle signals the intent: this is a gin that wants to be noticed, full-bodied and multi-faceted, made by OSA Fine Spirits.

The nose is emphatic, strong juniper with fresh citrus and a touch of pepper. The palate is complex and aromatic, juniper and spicy coriander meeting fine citrus, before a long, dry, elegant finish with a spicy edge. It shines in a classic G&T or a clean Martini; a sprig of rosemary or fresh citrus zest plays up its spicy, floral side.
