Piñaq Rosé Tropical Liqueur is a fruit liqueur from the Netherlands, bottled at 17% in its rosé tinted pineapple shaped bottle. It is built from vodka, tropical fruit wine and a hint of French VSOP cognac, a composition that leans light, sparkling and exotic rather than heavy. The cognac thread adds a soft, rounded depth under the fruit, while the lower strength keeps it easy to pour long.

The nose is fruity and floral, with pineapple, strawberry, white grape, citrus and delicate vanilla blossom. The palate is slightly tangy and fruity, with pineapple and berries, a touch of honey sweetness, vanilla and an elegant freshness that closes smooth and round. Behind a bar it works as a fruity, low strength building block: it brings tropical sweetness, soft body and rosé colour to a glass without a sharp alcoholic edge. Pour it neat over ice, top with sparkling wine or tonic for an aperitif, or fold it into summer cocktails and punch bowls. Serve well chilled.
