The long ferment and cane-honey base produce a soft, textured rum: a floral, fruity nose with syrupy, sugary notes, a smooth, fresh palate carrying mint and honey, and a finish of sugarcane, licorice and a vegetal, lightly sweet edge. At 43.6% it is gentle and rounded, with an oily, slightly waxy texture and a beeswax character that sets it apart from a standard white.
