Description
Patron Ahumado Silver is a 100% Blue Weber agave blanco, here labelled Silver in Patron's house style, produced at Hacienda Patron under NOM 1492 in Jalisco. Unlike a standard blanco, this expression is roasted in small batches to take on a soft, persistent smokiness, while remaining crystal clear and unaged. It is one of the more unusual entries in the Patron range, where the additive-free house is better known for bright, citrus and floral profiles.
The defining production note is that the agave is pressed entirely through Patron's tahona stone wheel rather than the brand's usual tahona and roller mill blend, giving a rounder, more textural base. The small batch roasting layers ember and woodsmoke over cooked agave and spice, with black pepper and natural agave sweetness keeping it balanced and a light pepper finish. Bottled at 41%.
