Passoã The Passion Drink Liqueur

Passoã The Passion Drink Liqueur is a French passion fruit liqueur made from real passion fruit using natural flavours, and it is the original passion fruit ingredient in the Pornstar Martini. The Pornstar Martini was created by Douglas Ankrah at Townhouse in London in 2002, and Passoã supplies the tropical fruit heart of that drink. It is bottled at 17% by volume and offered in 70cl and 1 litre sizes.

The nose is fruity passion fruit with tropical sweetness and subtle citrus, the palate juicy and exotic with pronounced passion fruit, harmonious sweetness and lively fruit acidity, finishing fresh and long. In a drink it brings bold passion fruit, colour and a sweet and tart balance that defines modern fruit cocktails. Beyond the Pornstar Martini with vanilla vodka and fresh lime juice, it makes a simple Passoã Tonic over ice with a slice of lime, and adds a fruity note to a spritz.
