Passimoncello Premium Quality Liqueur

Passimoncello takes the format of an Italian limoncello and rebuilds it around passion fruit, a Dutch idea that swaps lemon peel for the pulp and aroma of the tropical fruit. It is bottled at 29%, intense and fruit forward on a clean spirit base.

The nose is all passion fruit with fresh citrus and a fine sweetness, the palate juicy and balanced with lively fruit acidity and a harmonious structure. Behind the bar it is a tropical flavour and sweetness ingredient: serve it well chilled as a fruity digestivo, lengthen it into a passion fruit spritz, or use it to build a Pornstar Martini style serve and other tropical cocktails. It pours equally well over sorbet or a fruit dessert.
