Palm Republic Aged Rum is a Jamaican rum distilled from molasses and bottled at 46% without an age statement. Jamaican rum is built on pot still distillation and long fermentation, which typically carries the fruity ester character of the island, so expect ripe banana, tropical fruit and a thread of spice over aged oak.
