Description
Pa' Todos Tequila Blanco is a 100% agave blanco made at the Hacienda Casa Macías in the town of Tequila, Jalisco, by Don Manolo Macías, a veteran distiller who built more than thirty stills for other houses before raising his own. His approach is traditional and free of additives or industrial shortcuts, aiming for a dry, elegant tequila that works in serious cocktails and stands up on its own.
Production follows the slow path: ripe agave gently roasted at just 0.8 psi rather than the industrial 2.4 psi fast cook, traditional roller mill pressing to draw the sweet agave miel, and natural fermentation without added chemicals or heat manipulation, with bottling done on site. The result is fresh and vigorous, leading with bright agave and rounded by citrus, pepper and herbal notes, then a clear, clean finish that underlines the purity of the agave. Bottled at 40%.
