Atlantico Platino is a young white rum from Dominican house Oliver & Oliver, made from sugar cane juice and given a short two years in ex-bourbon before being filtered back to clarity. While the wider category leans dry, this leans into Oliver & Oliver's softer house signature, giving a clear rum that drinks rounder and sweeter than most white spirits.

The nose shows floral and fruity notes with marzipan and a little spirit lift, while the palate brings vanilla, orange, spice and wood, closing on a sweet, lightly dried fruit finish.
