From Brave New Spirits' Cask Noir Production, this Old Rhosdhu is a historic Loch Lomond malt name, a 28 year old from 1994 drawn from cask 6.
Twenty-eight years in ex-Bourbon mellow the light spirit, the low-tannin oak lending vanilla, the humid warehouse easing the strength over the decades.
At 48.6% it shows the soft maturity of great age, light malt and honey over old wood. A mature Old Rhosdhu.
